@tylerlwsmith Start by following hashtags related to your interests, then pick people who show up in your timeline through that. Also, unfollowing isn't considered rude, so feel free to follow folks and see if they make a good addition to your feed and drop them if not.

@tylerlwsmith I recommend following anybody who you see toot or reply something interesting/entertaining, even if it is only a single toot. That way you build a really enjoyable feed quite quickly
