<![CDATA[I had a relative who developed Alzheimer’s disease late in life.]]>I had a relative who developed Alzheimer’s disease late in life. She lived with this disease for a long time, so my only memories of her are after she began having symptoms. I loved her very much, though. 💜

It’s amazing that we now have a tool to help us know in advance who might have this disease.

She had six kids and took care of her elderly mother-in-law and intellectually disabled brother-in-law while also helping her husband to run a farm.

Her workload was enormous and lasted for nearly her entire adult life. I wish she could have had an easier time.
