The updated schedule consists of diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae type b, pneumococcal disease, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, HPV (down to one dose instead of two), and varicella. Meningitis, hepatitis A and B, dengue and respiratory syncytial virus will now be recommended only for "high-risk" groups, while vaccines such as rotavirus, COVID-19 and flu now come under the category of "shared clinical decision-making."
