I planted hard-neck garlic last fall (and it's doing great), but volunteer soft-neck keeps popping up on its own, from cloves I'd originally planted in spring 2024 right after building the garden. I separated these and replanted the best ones spread out in a 6×6in (15×15cm) grid. I could end up with over 60 heads of soft-neck garlic to harvest in July — we'll see what happens. 🧄
