I've sent some replies to those I can still see posting here on #MedMastodon but as a reminder.
Med-Mastodon will be closing down at the end of this month. Those that are active here, please see our e-mail from March 1st or the announcement in the web interface for more information and some suggestions on alternative servers to move to.
From April 1st 2026 the site will not be available and any content not migrated before then will be permanently lost.

I've also figured out how to get a CSS Banner injected so hopefully that'll mean anyone who is lurking that hasn't seen the announcement and missed the e-mail will also spot that the site is closing.

@wild1145 what about just disabling accounts to force a migration rather than taking the service immediately offline?

@thisismissem What do you mean by disabling accounts? I'm assuming a suspend / limit is going to prevent a migration of follower / following relationships..? And I can't think of any other way I'd prevent an account being used?

@wild1145 yeah, suspend all accounts, require appeal to migrate which re-enables migration
