      @dbattistella many years ago I was in the downtown public library in Cologne, where the lighting did the opposite - it used near UV to hide veins, so people wouldn't use the library bathroom to inject drugs.

            @dbattistella I didn't try to find a vein at the time because I only learned afterward why the bathroom lights looked like a goth nightclub.
