For the record, I am grateful to the Emergency Room docs that helped me when I went to the ER during the pandemic when I got acute pancreatitis for undiagnosed, asymptomatic Type 2 Diabetes (now in remission).
I adhere to Fasting Protocols by Dr. Jason Fung (Canadian Nephrologist) and now off insulin shots and metformin thanks to taking responsibility for the food I eat, and things I do (T2D is a dietary disease so no medicine can fix that when you do not treat the true cause).
It is not that i cannot eat processed carbs, I do sometimes, but i have to fast around it to SUSTAINABLY enjoy it.
I have naturally healed my pancreas in 2021 when I was first diagnosed and I am using TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) to also help my body remain well.
