It was called "don't put shit on the internet that you don't want other people to know".
I wonder what happened to it. I wonder when it became "someone else's responsiblity".

@noodlemaz It just seems that folks nowadays are really worried about their privacy (and of course they should be) but are relying on other people (who design software) to protect it. Shouldn't we play our own part in it as much as possible too?
