My brother is a terrible person, truly

My brother is a terrible person, truly.
But there is one remark that he made that made me decide that I never want to get close to him again.
When me and him were visiting my grandma he said to her, to her fucking face. That she, a sick old woman who's 90 years old, "contributed nothing to society".
The feelings of disgust that welled up in me after I heard that made me so furious, not explosive anger, but this current of rage against him. How fucking dares he.
NO ONE is worthless. EVERYONE is worth something. Being disabled you have to live in a society where the world wants to throw you in a wayside ditch. Where you have to constantly justify your existence and worth.
I do not tolerate anyone who repeats such language towards anyone. -

It's very common in modern society, and it never fails to sicken me. -
