As a non American it seems so bizarre how that's allowed to happen in plain sight, without any repercussions. Yet it feels like things are at such a state that somehow, even this court decision won't matter.

I've seen the language change from "care to explain?" to "do you think I'm stupid?" to "stop messing around" -- but this one is next level, wow.
