UK law, widely ignored, requires
a. A notice that recording is being done
b. Minimal retention time
c. Reasonable steps to limit image to own property and not into public space
d. No recording into other's property
Plus, I'd like to think that the law would protect my likeness being uploaded into the camera manufacturer's cloud or used for AI training or facial recognition.Carrying a 1kW laser never seemed more appealing!
