At work, I literally had to help out with finding an eFax vendor and I'm the only one who has fax experience (eg. I'm old) because I worked with US healthcare/prescriptions for 13 years and knew faxing platforms for docs and pharmacies.

@ktnjared I am also surprised myself that it still works
and yes, fax is a devil sometimes.
