@overholt I remember going to a French inspired restaurant owned by some South East Asians because of their signature dessert of Cock In Bush - which is how it was written in the menu (croquembouche).
Obviously trying to spell many dishes phonetically.
they were honesty super nice people, fanatically about the food and made it all very well.
