@humanhorseshoes @funbaker @zx No, it's definitely state-by-state. British citizens have no special dispensation to live in France, for example, where they do in Ireland, etc.

@brad @funbaker @zx I鈥檓 well aware of how it works, the common travel area predates the EU but EU immigration law is based on EU law. I鈥檓 actually too well aware of how it works and how it鈥檚 abused on both sides of the law by the countries and by those who game the system, looking at you Latvia and Hungary!

@brad @funbaker @zx the ideal state for a white, English speaking third country person is the Schengen Shuffle, paid in the US or UK and cycle in and out of countries on a rolling tax-free and visa free basis taking advantage of the EUs incompetence and institutional racism and using unregulated 3rd party platforms undetectable as not anchored to an EU state or an incompetent digital regulator such as my home country Ireland, the secret is t be unanchored
