@jalefkowit @evacide I weirdly miss the train trips between DC and NYC before mobile internet was a thing. To be basically totally disconnected for a few hours freed up so much space mentally to think about problems I needed to solve.

@evacide Back when planes didn't regularly have free Internet, I would delude myself by saying "Since there's no Internet on the plane, I'll get my coding done on the plane" only to realize once on the plane that I am rather useless without documentation.
