@Marmalade I have always lived in a city in the south, and I found the average new Yorker is more racist than the city dealers in the south, but ymmv

@SnyperWolf I think Oregon should more broadly be the Pacific NW. In my experience, the cities here all have at least a segregation problem, with the rural areas (especially eastern OR and WA) having more of the classic overt racism and in some cases straight up (and self identified) Nazis.

I would also be curious to see the breakdown of the results by race, since lived experience is going to likely be drastically different than my perspective.

I’ve been nearly everywhere except the deep southeast* in the continental US, and I’ve heard more racist shit where I currently live (heartland/Midwest) than anywhere else.*stayed overnight in a couple airports in GA & FL, don’t count those as visiting long enough to have an opinion
