Staggering how quickly the press moves on. It seems that Trump's social media post featuring the Obamas as monkeys been forgotten. His mocking of a disabled man doesn't matter. His nonsense about serving in Vietnam when we all know he avoided the draft is yesterday's news. Biggest of all, large sections of the press don't want to talk about Trump and his best buddy, Jeffrey Epstein.
Those with vast wealth who own politicians and the press aren't on the side of ordinary folk.

@IndyRichard i see what you mean but I also appreciate that the press focusing the latest outrage means we never get to develop collective political coherence against him? Outrage is politically disabling.

@IndyRichard He knows how to work the media. If there's a new outrage every day then the press focuses on the latest one and forgets about the one the day before, and the day before that, and all the ones prior. And because they never take a stand and describe him as lying or racist (which would not be "objective" in their world-view) they never follow anything through. The public generally does the same. His followers love that he can do all this and never face any consequences.

@IndyRichard It makes you think the media or its owners were involved with Epstein too.
