@ai6yr Same with the Jewish Yom Kippur fast, which is only one day. No eating or drinking, not even water, from sundown one day until after nightfall the following day.

@jeridansky Aha! Well, fasting with water overnight should be easy then, LOL. I have some spare calories stored around my gut that can be used 🤪

@ai6yr 24 hours with no water (or other beverage) is no fun, but if you have medical issues that would be aggravated by the fasting you’re not supposed to do the Yom Kippur fast.
