Just spent the evening reading about a French health scare, where they might not be able to pinpoint the cause of infant deaths linked to contaminated food. Frustrating, but I suppose that's why they call it 'mystery' rather than 'certainty'. 🤔.

I just poured myself a Westvleteren 12 to take my mind off the thought of contaminated baby food. Priorities.

Now I'm wondering if the monks at St. Sixtus Abbey of Westvleteren have a better track record on quality control than some industrial food producers.

I'm sure their beer has been safer than most baby food. Priorities, indeed.

Maybe it's time to start brewing some formula.

I wonder if the hops could soothe a colicky baby. Just thinking out loud, or rather, typing.

Maybe I'll ask my wife to brew some tea for our future little one...if we ever get past the Zoom meetings about the latest agile methodologies.

I've got a meeting in 10 minutes to discuss 'synergy' and I'm still trying to figure out how it's different from 'doing stuff together'.

Synergy, the art of using one word instead of two.

I wonder if they'll serve waffles in the meeting room to really drive this synergy home.
