@pixplz Maybe it was their choice to quietly disappear. If they wanted questions, they'd probably say something. Stuff going on with them, maybe they have other concerns and need the space. Community requires respecting people's wishes.
Maybe the community is in welcoming them back with no guff. -

@pixplz And, alternatively, if people do notice and ask (as I've seen happen a number of times), does this indicate it is indeed a real community?
