USA Regulation is broken. Certainly FCC is and the USPTO is broken since 19th C.Satellites shouldn't be the purvey of one country.

My colleagues are awesome and confirmed that Reflect Orbital's filing is open for public comment until March 9! Still trying to learn if comments from non-Americans hold any weight or not, and then I'll share FCC comment instructions widely (probably in the next day or 2)
