Final note about Fox News coverage:
They went live with Klobuchar/Frey etc press conference when it started, but cut away to Sec. Noem almost immediately. I assume Noem was standing at the ready to preempt the state's presser as quickly as possible.

#MSnow did the opposite
They cut #Noam when she started to blame #minnesota state & local gov.
