@Nonilex None of this is really going to happen. There will most likely be a pandemic in North America and next to nothing will be done to counter it or deal with it. When you are facing both a climate disaster and pandemic threats, incompetency and utter irresponsibility means a lot of people are going to die for no reason at all. Unless things change, this is what will go on.

Yes but as long as they and their cronies sit at the center of the new organization _they_ receive the skim.
Everything Trump touches is designed to funnel money directly to him and indirectly to his cronies.

You can't get far looking at this from the point of view where it's a normal policy that can be critiqued on its merits.
For a fascist or his oligarch pals, it's not about how much money the government is spending, it's about whose pockets the government money is spent into.
