I realized that I'm going to London this week and could actually go do this myself. It would be a nice field trip.
Sadly, it looks like the Iron Lady foiled EC's plans and was buried under an untrampable slab of concrete:

I love this song, by the way. It's this mournful dirge, not about death, but about a person so toxic that they pollute everything and everyone around them. He talks about how much he hates her, and not only that, but how he wishes her deader than dead -- a cursed ultradeath.

@evan it was smart of them to bury her in concrete so she can't come back. I hope they remembered to bury her head separately and put a stake through her heart.
