As for four engines, do you have more information as to the type of engines these boats are operating, that CNN article only showed an exploded remains in the picture. I'd love to dig deeper!

Possibly he was aware of it but being aware of something and allowing or ordering is very different from actually murdering someone there very different crimes just like intending/conspiring to kill someone and the person survives is different from actually killing someone no matter your intentions.The reality is this could actually be defamation and a winning case at that!
