There are many pigeons bc they were used to carry messages during world war 2 and then set free. Perhaps we should be thanking them instead of cursing them.

@audubonballroon I'll just take a pic of the absolutely disgusting mess one of them shat out on our balcony this morning.
I do feel bad for them having been abandoned. But the constant waking me up at 5AM, the noise, the mess, the health hazard - can't help but be irritated by that. I enjoy them from a distance only.
