I just found this. It's so cool that you're doing a livestream that includes my presentation.

A few show notes:

* I messed up saying "3b08" I was going fast caught myself too late. It's FEP-3b86, and it's awesome. Please implement it!

* MLS may be used by centralized services, but our implementation is not. My link/qrcode will get you to the spec we're building on. It's 100% distributed, based on the ActivityPub API.

* E2EE in ActivityPub will never be Matrix, but that's ok.
