    The Hmong citizen detained half naked and dragged from his home in below zero weather for a ride with ICE, ChongLy Scott Thao, just lost his mother three weeks ago. She had served as a nurse for the CIA's losing campaign in Laos, for which she paid with her homeland and became a refugee before Minnesotans offered her a new one.

      Mr. Thao says "it doesn't feel like freedom" because the ungrateful cowards running ICE showed him its opposite.
