How long are you active on the #Fediverse?

@stux Joined during one of the big migration waves from Twitter, loved the experience and decided to stay. It's been a good time!

@stux I said over three because that’s accurate if we’re talking about continuously active. I was active for a few months in 2018 before drifting away for a long while.

@SteveFoerster@vivaldi.net I think it's okay that there’s no financial force to seek media attention/push adoption. It’s nice here because of it.

I've been here since 2018 and while there are people that have left the Fediverse since, it's always been alive here and lots of nice people to interact with (like how we are).

@fruitcakesareyum @stux Biggest difference for me is I stuck around since 2022-2023 after a certain incident involving a South African wannabe rocket scientist and a sink.

@stux Depends on what you mean with active. I joined over three years ago, but I was only lurking and reading posts in the first year and a half. Only after that I really started posting stuff (which weirdly coincides with getting my HRT. Go figure!).

@stux can't vote from friendica, but came over with the #gplusrefugee wave in early (march/april) 2019 converting to diaspora ..... later then switching to multi-protocol friendica.

@pattykimura @stux I have been on two servers that quit. It happens, unfortunately. But seeing as I don't want to start my own, I can hardly blame them I'm very happy with my current one, hope it stays a long time.
