@campuscodi this was from last year. I'm still unhappy they made the change, but this was one of the reasons why I've been evaluating other Firefox builds like Waterfox, etc.

@zl2tod @campuscodi It's nothing short of amazing isn't it? They keep paying people to make decisions that virtually guarantee that the very instant there is a viable alternative, everyone will leave them and countless people are leaving to third party builds like LibreWolf and Waterfox (and Ironfox on mobile.)

And meanwhile Servo gets closer and closer every single day...

Like they literally have no future if they keep this up... And they're paying someone to make sure they stay on that track. I realize they're making a lot right now by selling their user's data and otherwise compromising people, but they are shooting themselves in the foot over and over and gangrene is already starting to set in.

@campuscodi Okay! Someone needs to start a reference article on getting rid of Firefox.

Guess I'll need my bookmarks...and a browser that will support VideoDownloadHelper and allow me to use it (fuck you Google/Chrome)...

@campuscodi my "we do not 'sell' user data according to the laws of the state of california" t-shirt is raising questions that are answered by my t-shirt
