        @hbons @mirandah i think open source devs should probably make more money - look at college basketball
        more money for devs and open source contributors, even consultants but some of the onus is on them too - more money and less hours equals less stress, more manageability

          @mirandah @hbons Common additional workloads are definitely community management and issue management, with code reviews being a bottleneck. Good testers are also worth their weight in gold. Of those, only code reviews need to be done by a programmer.

          Also, documentation writing is something that people who don't code can help with to reduce the workload.

            @mirandah @hbons Artists are also often very hard to come by, because they already have a very hard time making a living as it is.
