οΈAnd what would the US response be if another country's police force infiltrated their country without going through border control and arrested an American on American soil and took that person back to their county to be tried, even with no bullets fired.

I wasn't thinking that high up, perhaps something like arresting someone for facilitating the importation of Fentanyl into Canada since much more moves in this direction than the other.
