It’s more low-volume, high-priority than your average help desk job, but when a site goes down, it’s nice to be able to call someone else to come fix it. -

I will add to this that it’s not standard call-center fare, it’s low volume but high priority. We’re not at risk of being offshored or replaced by AI, it’s too important.
