    In Jeffrey Epstein's world of influence peddling & exploitation, 'the women cannot have their own preferences; the women must always be ready to dance'!

    Amelia Gentleman offers more on the machinations of Epstein's network maintenance & the passive role that women played (essentially as tokens to be handed around among his male contacts).

    The corruption & exploitation that is now becoming so clear was wilfully hidden by its rich & powerful participants!

      @ChrisMayLA6 Whereas some men behave badly, it seems too many super rich men behave abhorrently. Sad. All that money and they still treat others like dirt. The human race is very odd.

        @alex_p_roe

        The Q. is: was behaving like that (more generally) how they became (or stay) ultra-rich, or is there something about the 'freedom' of the ultra-rich that prompts that sort of behaviour?

          @ChrisMayLA6 Suspect it’s a bit of both - arrogance along with the vindication of having made it big which makes them feel superior and, possibly, untouchable. It’s a mental health issue - the thin line between genius and insanity.
