@Steveb63 I'm still trying to get to the bottom of the issue and it's proved really hard to reproduce. As far as I can see there weren't any changes made that triggered it and a lot of the things I've tried and worked through on Universeodon with another impacted member hasn't worked.
I need to re-build the MastodonApp Web servers possibly this evening if I am feeling well enough and up to it which might help and at the very least should get to a point where I know what's installed and it's all then on the same local network.
I need to re-crunch the numbers but at a glance it looks like we are seeing less failures but I still can't pin point what's causing it unfortunately.
@wild1145 OK, no worries. If I can do anything to help let me know.

@Steveb63 So I've re-built the web server that runs MastodonApp.UK, could you see if you're still getting intermittent issues or if that seems to have fixed the issue for you?

@wild1145 just tried the same two photos again. One posted, the other didn’t? Both taken on the same iphone running same os.

@Steveb63 Thanks that's good to know. I'll have to do some more digging in that case, I was hoping a clean re-built server would do the job but clearly not!

@Steveb63 Hi, I am still looking into this but have so far struggled to actually find any errors on the back end to further look into the issue. I'm hoping to have some time of an evening this next week to do some more digging or that someone from the Mastodon team might have some ideas as I have contacted them about it as well.
