@steter according to the founders of the nation, the authors of the constitution and bill of rights, that time is clearly now.
Tyrants control all branches of the state and are deploying the military on our streets illegally to suppress lawful protests, assassinate lawful movements, and slaughter people indiscriminately and at will BECAUSE A TOTALITARIAN has taken the whitehouse and turned it into a gilded castle.

To bad the founders never knew about Palantir, tanks, drones and all those surveillance devices everyone is happy financing themselve.
At first i'd expect the troops to refuse unlawful orders.
Same for civil servants supported by their communities. Always always!
Remember what millions did when J.Kimmel was canceled? Yepp. This is one(!) way. It worked.
Never do anything alone.

As soon as parts of the constitution became irrelevant or outdated, rich and powerful people, having interests in those aspects of the constitution, made sure it was updated and relevant. (tax, corporate law, etc)
But certain parts of it, such as the 2nd amendment, labor laws, etc, were left alone so as to be able to be "interpreted" today, like the christians "interpret" the bible.
