That's fine, so long as those states become the regi0onal collectors of fed taxes, and deduct the cost of providing the services. If the Fed is no longer providing the services, then the state should take that money to do soWe should not be paying for services that are withheld

There are things that need federal taxes, but I want the state doing the collecting and routing, and if the federal government withholds some service, then the state can deduct the cost and provide the service
