@geonz The system under the 25th Amendment depends upon the vice president, followed by the cabinet, to intervene in case of mental incapacity. Many doctors believe he is nuts but there is nothing we can do about it.

@RocknRoll_Papy Unfortunately the issue of his mental capacity comes down to requiring action by his VP and a vote of the cabinet (which was picked based upon loyalty to Trump). Plus it would next require a 2/3 vote in Congress if he contests their decision to remove him.
