Not a good day for me today.

I woke up at 6am & immediately started throwing up.

Then my knees started folding on me - an early symptom of my paralysis from a few years back.

After that a lot of blood loss when I visited the toilet. Another early symptom.

I’ve slept most of the day & feel very weak - the blood loss I guess. Several visits to the loo & all have been blood loss.

My better half took the pics of my flowers for me. Back to sleep for me.
