Here's what I'd like to see happen:

The ICC issue an arrest warrant for Herzog just as his plane is touching down in Australia, Australian then being lawfully obligated to arrest and hold him as member of the ICC.

It would be interesting to see which way Albo and Wong 'swing', whether they're throw away their membership of the ICC and let the criminal go, or do the right thing for once and arrest him.
