#MigraineSuffers you can get gel caps for migraines that you put over your head after they've been in the fridge for cooling. My friend gave me one to try Wednesday then when i realized it was one thing that helped Tony bought me another one. They're on Amazon. And for me with meds they've helped so far today and Wednesday and hoping I'm done with those for a while. We have a concert friday, and wedding and dinner Saturday, separate events on Valentine's Day and I want to be at all of them.
