I missed breakfast yesterday; I was on a train! Anyway, today I made polenta casserole (topped with egg, cheese and salsa), and Canadian bacon. Tea and coffee. I put hot sauce I got from @crystalhuff yesterday on my polenta! #TogetherBreakfast

Today was my shakshuka with polenta with cream and cheese, a blend of marinara and a little salsa to use up what we had, egg and cheddar. Cottage bacon, tea and coffee. #TogetherBreakfast
