      It was pretty close last election. Ridings that were close seems to be what Carney's targeting.

      Crossing over shouldn't be allowed, IMO. If an MP wishes to leave the party they were elected with, to join another, they should first resign their seat. Then apply to the EDA of the party they wish to join to become their candidate in the upcoming by-election. Then, if chosen by the EDA, run for election under the new party.

      What I described is NDP policy. Decisions on representation should always be up to the electorate.
