We'll have time to discuss the post-mortem of what happened this week, and more.
We would also like to discuss who would be interested in forming a society, as we need to formalize our community. This is my third (fourth?) ask about this, and I am really begging the community that we do it at this point.

Do you make this “asks” only in posts? Or in some more persistent form?
It would help if there were a blatant link on the home page, that highlighted news of community import. Even the “announcment” banner is too subtle, I think.
Important messages “to all” should be loud, obvious, and sticky. Also, they should be very clear and unambiguous.
