Ok, I got them for free after a delicious meal, but my, that is an awful piece of candy. Yuk. And I do like coffee-based ones a lot. Also, no clear head effect at all. Bummer. Could have used an espresso punch in the face, but nope.

IIRC, you have to eat at least 4 of these coffees to get the same effect as 1 cup of coffee, so they're a very ineffective caffeine delivery candy. They might be mildly helpful for afternoon driving on a long roadtrip when you don't want to pee as much as you would while drinking coffee. Still, I no longer eat many hard candies because they shred the roof of my mouth too badly. I like CLIF BLOKS energy candies for endurance sports like running and cycling, and many of them have added caffeine, helpful when exercising for 1 hour+. Lots of flavour options. -
