    Monday #Workout:
    11 minutes of yoga for runners.
    30 minutes of strength training.
    10.2 KM of #Running (-17°C, -22 windchill, 81% humidity, and 7 KM/H wind).

    Good workouts, then tried a be-like-Mike run (@mlawton - 4 mins run, 1 min walk), and I have to say, it hit the spot pretty much perfectly for me, pushing the distance a bit more than usual. Heart rate was a bit high, because I knew I had a break coming, I felt I could push a bit.

      Those run/walk intervals really help to push the distances and the pace. Counterintuitive, but they work!
