Haha. I'm glad that I selected one of the spicier hot sauces on the weekend, instead of veering towards mild.

Spicy food brings me almost as much joy as coffee!! It's a physiological response; the body thinks you're under attack and floods you with feel-good hormones.
I picked a pack of jalapeños from HMart last week and fermented them in leftover kimchi brine. My chiropractor was pleased when I gifted her a jar today.
