I sure hope not! I don’t think much of the electorate would be super enthusiastic to enter into another very annoying and tedious election so soon after the last one.

Trudeau tried and didn’t succeed. Let’s hope that Carney holds to his statement that he’s not Trudeau.

@Sanderde @KimberlyN dear heavens, no one but the political pundits want an election now. I hope that this is just starting to play the same a games as the CONs have been playing for years, and I hope that Carney is smart enough to start working with the NDP, Greens, and BQ to make sure it doesn’t happen.

He says he won’t, but after the Brexit referendum David Cameron said he wasnt going to resign — until he did.

@Sanderde i hope that he’s not as stupid as David Cameron, and that he learned what not to do when he watched the Brexshitshow unfold. @KimberlyN
