"Problem Litigant" is the secret term the bench uses when they tire of someone continuing to see justice from an unjust legal industry. Once they peg you, you never get a fair hearing, instead the system contorts to protect its power.
Glad to see the govt is aware that their Family Law system is broken, but these changes will not fix the broken and socially destructive system. The Liberals are unlikely to revise Family Law because it is their broken system of harm, written by JM Anne McClellan while disregarding the 40 recommendations an all-party report called For the Sake of the Children.
