@chad NB’s decision to stop using X matters , AND durability is the big test. To last beyond one premier, exit must move from practice → policy: TBS or Exec Council dirs, comms + records/FOI + public access standards, leg committee review, + invest in non-commercial chans like the fediverse. Democracy lasts when choices become boring bureaucracy.
